GreenLeaf/Cor-Plan has been a land developer since 1990. Recent Peterborough area projects include developing and servicing Summer Lane, a 72-unit freehold residential subdivision and Hetherington Drive, with 54 freehold townhouses. The Woodland Rental Community is now in progress, consisting of two purpose-built luxury rental buildings comprising 71 suites and a 22,000 square feet neighbourhood commercial centre.
