Doan's Overhead Doors is a family owned and operated overhead door company looking for someone to join our team as a Full Time Office Assistant.
• Excellent verbal and written communications, listening and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance (i.e., personal appearance and attitude)
• Organizational skills.
• Multi-tasking skills and ability to be flexible when priorities shift.
• Extensive computer and software skills
• Taking calls from customers and delivering messages while also using basic office equipment like computers and scanners
• Help maintain files to keep track of important documents, manage supply inventory and perform data entry as required.
Salary: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• LINDSAY, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (Required)
• Secondary School (Preferred)
• Front desk: 1 year (Preferred)
• Administrative experience: 1 year (Preferred)
