This one-day online training session will show you the path to moving into an oversight position, whether your goal is business expansion, semi-retirement or more time for yourself, without compromising your operations, your brand or your assets. You’ll learn the tools for a governance role that ensures your interests are well managed. You will also receive a customized action plan from our expert facilitator within 15 business days of training completion.

Workshop Facilitator

Diane Richard holds degrees in chemistry and biochemistry and has been certified by McMaster University and the Conference Board of Canada as a Chartered Board Director. She spent 25 years with DuPont and PepsiCo Foods Canada in progressive leadership positions in Manufacturing and R&D. In 2014 she founded Diatom Consulting and is currently working with small to medium businesses helping them with execution of their strategic and continuous improvement plans.
