Grant Conrad is the Owner of WorkforceWins Ltd., a Peterborough- based company that provides remote HR and Health & Safety Management services to 20+ small and mid-sized companies in the Construction and Trades sector across Ontario.

Ian Lang is experienced in the agricultural equipment industry with John Deere Credit and John Deere Canada. In 2013, Ian joined Green Tractors, then a six-location equipment dealer group based in Omemee, Ontario, as General Manager. Working with Company Ownership, Ian led Green Tractors’ continued expansion strategy, acquiring dealerships in Kingston and Orono, Ontario.

Aaron Hill is a Principal and Founding Partner of Engage Engineering, a successful engineering firm based in Peterborough, Ontario. Aaron acquired Basterfield and Associates, a prominent landscape architecture firm also based in Peterborough, in 2021.
